Our Distance Learning Model

During the global pandemic caused by Covid-19, we have all had to adjust to mitigate potential risk. This increased risk is not limited to coronavirus transmission but also the risk of thousands of students receiving an inferior education for the foreseeable future. Greater Than 12’s new distance-learning model provides students with the following:

Monthly online workshops

Online workshops are held each month open to all students. There are new topics each month to provide students an overview of what will be covered throughout the school year.

Online Learning Series

High quality videos on complex topics such as test taking strategies and financial aid will be produced for students. Videos are always accessible to students and provide the opportunity to learn at their own pace.

Online academic & career advising

Each student is unique. Our team meets with students to help them plan the necessary steps to achieve their college and career dreams.

Workforce readiness training & access to internships

We equip students with the necessary skills needed to succeed in the workplace. We help students year round develop their resume writing skills, networking, communication skills and more.

Essential school supplies for distance learning

Distance learning is new to all of us. But the need for school supplies is not. We are providing students with notebooks, pencils/pens, and computer equipment as available.
