Roberto Sanchez

CEO/ Founding Partner

Roberto Sanchez is a lifelong resident of  Prince George's County and a graduate of Bladensburg High School. Roberto is a Bowie State bulldog majoring in Sociology with a concentration in youth and communities. First as a student and now as an adult, Roberto has been serving Prince Georges County communities for 7 years. Being raised in the environment he now serves, Roberto brings an intimate knowledge of the needs of his students and their families. 

Dominique 

Robinson-Coleman

Founding Partner

Philadelphia native, Dominique Robinson-Coleman has devoted the last 10 years of her life serving youth in socioeconomically disadvantaged communities. After receiving her Masters in Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, Dominique relocated to Washington, D.C. area and began serving in the Ports Towns communities. Dominique is currently creating ways to combine her passions for social justice work, African American Studies, with public policy to create structural change in the education sector.

Aubrey Pruitt

Founding Partner

Aubrey Pruitt, is a graduate of the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (A&T), with a BA in psychology and minor in history. He has over 15 years of experience in the Youth Development and education fields. He devoted much of his life serving others and assisting them with education and employment needs. He has a passion to assist individuals with overcoming barriers and obtaining self -sufficiency, to meet their dreams and goals.

Bernard Sloan

Earned Bachelor's degree from UVA in Electrical Engineering and Masters degree in Systems Engineer from GMU. Built Core Interface company from ground up and CFO of a separate IT company.

Emmeshia Akingbade

Emmeshia Akingbade has been working with students for over 13 years. She began by working at summer camps and mentoring as a teenager in Wichita Kansas her hometown. She then attended Howard University in Washington DC and immediately began working in the community teaching in after school programs and tutoring. After obtaining her degree in Chemistry she then became a full time math teacher in DC. She is currently serving in the Bladensburg community planning community events as the church administrator for Jubilee Christian Church International Chapel of Grace and Glory.

Robert Walker

Earned a Bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University in Computer Information Systems. Robert has spent the last 18 years working with a government organization that has authority over the security of the traveling public in the United States. Now Robert applies his diverse leadership experiences to assist charitable organizations.
